Development and validation of an automated algorithm to quantify the orientation of an DMEK graft using intraoperative optical coherence tomography (OCT) and implementing such a tool in clinical practice. Using a deep-learning based model the DMEK graft is segmented from the OCT image. Proof-of-concept model developed and tested. Negotiations with Zeiss for further development and implementation of the tool into clinical practice.
